The Tornado® is a continuous pressure beater used for the aeration of all types of confectionery, chocolate and bakery products.

Tornado® Candy Machine Chocotech

The heart of the machine is the aerating head consisting of the rotor and stator, which is EDM (Electrical Discharge Machined) finished. The unit consists of a pre-aerator which starts aeration of the whipping agent solution (WAS) before this enters the main beating head. Some additional advantages as follows:
